Three Common Reasons to Seek LSAT Tutoring

170+ Goal

Since 2021, fourteen of our students have scored a 170+. Their scores were 179, 177, 177, 176, 176, 175, 174, 174, 172, 171, 171, 170, 170, and 170. With sufficient time and a solid game plan, we're confident that you could join the list.

Hitting a Plateau

Many students hit a stall point a few months into their LSAT studies, where their scores won't seem to budge. Tutoring can help give a needed fresh perspective on a specific section or question type to break through the rut.

Retaking

If your LSAT score didn't reflect your potential or performance on practice tests, tutoring can help to identify some overlooked or problem areas, including timing or stamina, to work on for your retake.

Our Approach

Individually Tailored

Our initial focus is to help students identify and categorize the specific biases or heuristics that may be affecting their performance. We then employ targeted drills and example questions to address those issues.

Accountable

Knowing that structure inspires confidence and motivation, we can help students to create customized study schedules and keep them accountable (example shown above).

Dynamic

We try to mix up our sessions: as students progress, they may be asked to prepare to explain material and articulate specific reasons for disqualifying answer choices, instilling a concrete approach to 4- and 5-star questions.

Rates

After the trial session, our rates vary seasonally from $130 to $160 per hour (please contact us for current rates and packages). We provide drills and resources in between sessions to maximize session efficiency. We also have unlimited tutoring offerings and for students wanting admissions help, all-inclusive packages that include unlimited admission consulting
